In the past it was just a common thing that winter would come. I knew cold was ahead and I would need new gloves and hats and boots and everything that goes with winter. But now... now that I have rabbits, comes this new sense of dread. These crisp mornings only remind me that frozen crocks are in the not so distant future. To better prepare myself, as I don't intend on heating my rabbits, I plan on stocking up on crocks. Instead of thawing them out I will be better prepared to just swap them out for nice warm ones.
Winter isn't the only thing to prepare for. I have been busy working with our juniors for the upcoming show. Zilla has finally passed her 2 pound mark. She is very easy to work with. Her sister will be lucky to stay under the 4 pound mark by years end.
